Flinders Street accused pleads guilty to murder
The man accused of a fatal car attack along Flinders Street has pleaded guilty to murder.
Saeed Noori admitted he deliberately drove his mother’s Suzuki SUV into 16 pedestrians on Flinders Street in December last year.
The 33-year-old from Heidelberg will also be sentenced for 11 counts of causing serious injury recklessly and five counts of conduct endangering life.
83-year-old Antonios Crocaris died in the attack, while more than a dozen others were injured.
