Fire rips through Heidelberg kindergarten

A Heidelberg kindergarten has been severely damaged in a suspicious fire this morning.

MFB crews were first called to a car fire on Orient Place shortly after 5am.

However, that blaze quickly spread through the roof of the kindergarten.

More than 30 firefighters were called to the scene, pulling down the ceiling to get at the fire.

Nobody is believed to have been injured.
