LATEST: Novak Djokovic’s dad won’t be in attendance at his son’s semi-final clash at the Australian Open after he was seen posing with supporters of Vladimir Putin.
Srdjan Djokovic has released a statement after he was seen at Melbourne Park posing for photos next to Russian flags.

The letter ‘Z’ — which is a symbol of support for Russia’s invasion — can be seen on the shirts of several people in the video.
As he leaves, the tennis star’s father is believed to have been heard saying “long live Russia” in Serbian.
Former Ukrainian tennis player Alexandr Dolgopolov has spoken out against the senior Djokovic’s actions, saying he should not be allowed to attend tennis events if he’ll “openly praise a genocidal regime”.
Veteran sports reporter Jon Anderson told Ross and Russel there was a strong case for Srdjan Djokovic to be deported.
