‘Far out mate, relax’: Josh Kennedy responds to retirement rumours

West Coast champion Josh Kennedy says he won’t be rushed into making a decision about his playing future.

Speaking in his regular segment on Nine Radio, Kennedy told 6PR Breakfast he would announce his plans for next year when he was ready.

“Far out mate, relax… everyone keeps on asking questions and talking about it, it’s almost like they’re forcing me to make a decision,” the star forward said.

“I’ll announce it when I’m ready to announce it.

“I’m just happy ticking over at the moment, getting through training, and getting through a few games at the moment, it was good to play two games in a row.”
