A cyclist has been pushed off her bike and kicked multiple times during a brutal, unprovoked assault on a Glenroy bike track over the weekend.

“Oh my goodness, extremely disturbing,” Jody Clayton, Leading Senior Constable at Victoria Police said.

Investigators have released a facial composite of a man they would like to speak to.

The perpetrator is perceived to be of Middle Eastern appearance, aged 40-50-years old with short dark facial hair, thin dark hair, 162cm tall and a medium build.
