‘Extremely disturbing’: Grandmother sexually assaulted in Melbourne’s west

Police are appealing for the public’s help to track down the man responsible for sexually assaulting a 66-year-old grandmother, who was playing with her grandson in St Albans back in December.

The “extremely disturbing” incident occurred on a nature strip at the intersection of Alfrieda Street and Craigielea Avenue.

The person of interest is perceived to be of African appearance, 175cm tall, and has a mark on the left side of his cheek and protruding teeth.
