Whistleblowers have lifted the lid on a major development about the $34.5 billion Suburban Rail Loop.

Jacqui Felgate has spoken to multiple sources, who have revealed a major contract due to be awarded for the rail project has been pushed back due to the upcoming federal election.

3AW Drive has also been told that once the contract is signed, there’ll be no way to cancel the project if Peter Dutton or Brad Battin are elected in the coming months.
