Essendon coach comments on double injury blow out of Round 1

Brad Scott has confirmed Essendon has picked up two more injuries out of their Round 1 win over Hawthorn.

Matt Guelfi and injury-plagued Zach Reid are facing multiple weeks on the sidelines due to respective setbacks sustained during the opening round of their season.

“(Matt Guelfi has) got a really minor calf injury…and I’m not sure about his return to play date,” Scott told Wide World of Sports.
