Emily Power shares details of horrifying dog attack

Emily Power says her life has been changed forever after her dog was brutally attacked by a Pitbull cross while out for a walk in Richmond on Friday.

Emily, who is filling as host of 3AW Breakfast with Stephen Quartermain, shared her traumatic story on Monday.

She said the dog was on a rope tied to the back of ute when it lunged at her greyhound, Ember.

The rope broke.

Ember suffered serious injuries and has already had surgery and will need more.

“It’s changed my life forever,” Emily said.

“I’m going to need some help to feel confident walking her again and she’ll need some help, too.”
