Hawthorn small forward Dylan Moore has shed light on the “mature meeting” which the team had after the loss to Port Adelaide which led to a mentality change in the group.

Moore starred for the Hawks in their win over Adelaide with five goals, and spoke on the message Sam Mitchell gave them at three-quarter-time which gave them confidence to go on and win.

He also revealed how the team looked to celebrate Jack Gunston in his 250th late in the game.
