Dustin Martin will miss the rest of the season.

The Richmond champion suffered a “significant” kidney injury on Friday night against Brisbane.

The Tigers confirmed the news on Saturday.

The three-time Norm Smith medallist is expected to make a full recovery.

But he won’t play again this year.
