Young children continue to be rescued from the rubble of the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria, a week after it struck.

Dr Ross Walker told Neil Mitchell there were medical reasons kids were often able to survive without food and water for longer than their parents.

“Children are incredibly resilient,” he said on 3AW.
