Doctor details dramatic rescue of five people at Torquay beach

A Victorian doctor has leapt into action yesterday at a beach down in Torquay after spotting a group of school kids in trouble in the water.

“Given the conditions there was no absolutely way they were going to be able to swim their way in,” Doctor Chris told Ross and Russ.
