Decision on future not as ‘logical’ as you think, says Lynch’s manager
Tom Lynch’s manager says the decision on his future is not as “logical” as you might think.
Lynch can walk from the 17th-placed Suns as a free agent at the end of this season, probably attracting a handsome salary to return to his home state of Victoria.
But his manager Paul Connors said you can’t understate how difficult it can be to leave a club.
“For everyone else, it seems a logical decision,” Connors told 3AW Football.
“But if you know Tom and his character, you’d understand that it’s not that simple.
“I remember him saying once that he would struggle to find himself playing in another jumper.”
Connors also manages the likes of Andrew Gaff, Luke Hodge, and Dylan Shiel – all of whom are currently subject to speculation about their future.
Connors said Gaff has “not even got close” to making a decision on his future.
