A daredevil has been spotted scaling a high-rise building in the Melbourne CBD with nothing but a parachute.

Caller Trent told 3AW Breakfast, police were observing the man at the corner of A’Beckett and Elizabeth streets.

Trent then said the man made it to the top of the building and was met with a round of applause!
Police have arrested two French nationals, a 29-year-old man and a 25-year-old man, in relation to the incident. Both men will appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.
