Crows torment golfers at Victorian golf club

About 20 crows have been tormenting golfers at the Maldon Golf Club for weeks.

The birds have been swooping down and snatching golf balls, leaving golfers frustrated with their antics.

“It’s particularly frustrating because this weekend we’ve got a big hole in one competition where 7000 golf balls are going to be hit and we don’t want crows swooping down and taking those away!,” Maldon Golf Club secretary Bob Briggs told Jacqui Felgate and Jimmy Bartel, filling in for Ross and Russel.
