Crazy Horse adult cinema looking to transform into regular cinema

One of Melbourne’s most notorious adult cinemas – Crazy Horse, in the CBD – could be transformed into a high-end arthouse cinema after a downturn in patronage.

David Ross from the HGC Group told Tony Jones the cinema as it stands is ‘not long for this earth’.

‘It’s the perfect size for it, great location,’ Mr Ross said.

‘We’d love to see it continue to operate as a cinema.’

In the meantime, Mr Ross says Crazy Horse is still ‘a very comfortable cinema for its purposes.’
