COVID-19 numbers: Victoria records another 76 local cases
Victoria recorded 76 locally-acquired COVID-19 cases yesterday.
Of the new cases, 31 have not yet been linked to known outbreaks.
36 of the new cases were in isolation for the entirety of their infectious period.
There are 52 people in hospital in Victoria with COVID-19, 16 of those are receiving intensive care.
15 of those people need ventilators to breathe.
There were 50,848 test results received yesterday, and 32,162 vaccine doses were administered at state-run clinics.
There are currently 841 active cases of COVID-19 across the state.
Of the 76 locally acquired cases, 45 have been linked to known cases and outbreaks. Further case information will be provided this morning. [2/2]
