Consumer Action Law CEO believes ‘it’s not a case of gullibility’ in relation to bank scams

Should the Big Banks do more to combat scams? Waleed Aly has made the case for them to do more.

CEO of Consumer Action Law Centre Stephanie Tonkin thinks the Big Banks need to help with scams a lot more then they currently do.

“It is not a case of gullibility, scammers are highly sophisticated and resourced criminals.” Tonkin said on 3AW Mornings.
