‘Computer says no’: The types of cases the Victorian Ombudsman deals with
The Victorian Ombudsman has 21,665 complaints come across her desk each year.
And she says a “lot” of those are “computer says no” cases.
“This is where the Ombudsman … we really do make a difference,” Deborah Glass told Neil Mitchell.
