Commonwealth Bank under attack over Gladstone Park branch makeover

The Commonwealth Bank at Gladstone Park has come under fire over controversial changes made to its branch.

Steven rang 3AW Drive with his Word On The Street about recent tension caused by renovations.

He told Tom Elliott bankers at the shopping centre branch had been hoodwinked by the changes.

When the bank reopened, bank tellers had been replaced by ATM’s.

‘It’s not going down well,’ Steven told 3AW Drive.

‘There was a bloke losing it and they had to call security.

‘People were disgusted.’

3AW Drive is chasing comment from Commonwealth Bank.
