Child in wheelchair becomes target of disgraceful online trolls

The mother of a teenager who’s been the target of disgraceful commentary on social media says she can’t understand why adults want to pick on children.

Brady, 14, was pictured in an online post for Officeworks promoting their back-to-school sales.

He’s in a wheelchair.

The ad, which has since been deleted, became the target of trolls who implied Brady was lying about being in a wheelchair and criticism of his appearance.

“It’s a back to school campaign, he’s obviously a kid, why would adults want to pick on a child?” he mother, Leigh, told Neil Mitchell.
