Chief Judge of County Court addresses LGBTQI training in courtrooms
Chief Judge of the County Court, Peter Kidd, has addressed LGBTQI training occurring in courtrooms.
The sessions run for 90 minutes, and is called “Empowering LGBTQI Allies”, with Mr Kidd stating the training is aimed at “addressing discrimination”.
The chief judge also addressed the future of courts, lenient sentencing and the challenges associated with sexual offence trials.
