Cheap fuel sees drivers swarm on suburban petrol station
Dozens of drivers have swamped on a suburban petrol station after it was selling petrol for just $1.34 a litre.
Nyre alerted 3AW Drive to the news on Wednesday!
It quickly sparked drivers into action, with dozens of cars descending on the 7-Eleven on Boronia Road at Wantirna.
“I made a wrong turn, but it was the best wrong turn I’ve ever made!” Nyre said.
Nyre said she was assured by staff at the station it wasn’t a mistake, but the price has since skyrocketed back past $2 a litre.
