Chapel Street chaos: fire rips through restaurant

Fire has ripped through a Chinese restaurant on Chapel Street.

Crews were called to Shanghai Street shortly after 1pm on Monday following reports of a blaze.

Trams and traffic have been brought to a halt on the busy street at Windsor.

There are no reports of injury.

The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
