CFMEU boss speaks out as Victorian branch is placed into administration

The CFMEU has taken unprecedented action, by placing the Victorian Branch into administration.

The union is being accused of offering bribes to push certain firms onto Victoria’s Big Build projects, with National Secretary Zach Smith denying any wrongdoing.

“To my knowledge, I’m in receipt of no credible evidence that anyone in my union has received money for jobs,” Mr Smith told Tom Elliott.
