Caroline Wilson provides fresh details on Swans fan incident with Aliir Aliir

Caroline Wilson has provided fresh details on the controversial incident involving a Sydney Swans fan and Port Adelaide defender Aliir Aliir during Sunday afternoon’s clash at the SCG.

The 13-year-old Swans fan threw an object at Aliir, and the fan’s grandfather called in to 3AW after the game and said he was “disappointed and distraught” at the situation.

“It wasn’t a racial situation,” Wilson said on 3AW Football.

“You can’t be throwing things at footballers on footy grounds,” she said.
