Caroline Wilson gives her verdict on the continuing Noah Balta saga

Noah Balta’s return to football today in Richmond’s VFL practice game against the Australian U18 team is a sticking point for many, including Caroline Wilson.

According to Wilson, Richmond didn’t face any pressure for Balta to miss the senior match against Fremantle during Gather Round.

“Richmond vehemently denied that there was any external pressure for Noah Balta to not play at the Barossa tomorrow,” Wilson explained on 3AW Football.

“I’m really glad Noah Balta’s not playing. I think it would’ve been terrible.”
