Carlton legend Ken Hunter shares fond memories of Peter Bosustow after his death

Carlton legend and Hall of Famer, Ken Hunter, has reflecting on the life of his former teammate Peter Bosustow, after his death on Monday at the age of 67.
Hunter and Bosustow played against each other in junior and state competitions in Western Australia, and were key players in Carlton’s 81′ and 82′ premierships.
“He did some amazing things in Western Australia, but when he got to Victoria he just went to another level,” Hunter told Jimmy Bartel on Wide World of Sports.

“With ‘Buzz’ in the side we perhaps could’ve won another premiership or so, because he was that sort of impact player that he could turn a game on a dime.”
Bosustow battled rectal and liver cancer, and Hunter revealed he visited his former teammate in the hospital in Western Australia a couple of weeks ago.
“We all knew this day was going to come,” Hunter said.
“He fought really hard right until the end.”
