Calls to improve Southern Cross Station (and how it can be done)

The Public Transport Users Association says there is no doubt Southern Cross Station could be improved.

It comes after a piece in The Age described the train station as “grim, grimy and depressing” and Melbourne deserved better.

“It’s better than the old Spencer Street was, but it’s certainly got some issues and could be improved,” Daniel Bowen, spokesperson for the Public Transport Users Association, told Heidi Murphy on 3AW Drive.
