It comes after the federal government slashed subsidsed visits to mental health services.

Patients will now only be able to claim Medicare rebates for 10 visits to a psychologist, or mental health service, down from 20 visits they were able to access previously.
Dr Michael Carr-Gregg said it was an “appalling” decision and made no sense, given the mental health crisis.
“He’s had an opportunity to do the right thing, he’s shown he doesn’t have a grasp of his portfolio and he should get out and give it to somebody who understands what is going on,” he said.
