Calls for Australia to follow Singapore’s historic decision on horse racing

There are calls for Australia to follow Singapore’s lead and shut down horse racing.

It was announced this week the industry would soon no longer operate in Singapore after more than 180 years.

“I think it’s a real sign of how the narrative, on this issue, is shifting,” Animal Justice MP Georgie Purcell told Tom Elliott.
