Calls for Australia to bring in two million migrants over next five years

It’s claimed Australia needs to bring in two million immigrants over the next five years to help rebuild the economy post COVID-19.

But Simon Kuestenmacher, Co-Founder & Director at The Demographics Group, said it would only work on one proviso.

“Infrastructure growth must keep pace with population growth,” he said on 3AW Drive.

“And we haven’t done this.”
