Caleb Jakobsson released on bail, despite eight alleged condition breaches
The teenager accused of running down a mother-of-two on a mini-motorbike while she walked through a shopping centre carpark will remain on bail, despite eight alleged breaches of his conditions.
Caleb Jakobsson, 19, has been charged over the death of Andrea Lehane, who was killed while she walked through the Carrum Downs carpark in September last year.
It was revealed on Thursday he’d allegedly broken his bail conditions eight times since that incident, including a report he fled from police as they tried to arrest him.
But the teen was again released from custody.
He will next appear in court on May 12.
