Business expert claims Trump’s ‘self destructive’ tariffs will sow ‘chaos and destruction’

Trump’s latest round of tariffs has been labelled “the most self-destructive set of policies in modern American economic history” by a senior business columnist at The Age.

Stephen Bartholomeusz says American consumers will be the most impacted by the tariffs.

“He’s hurting his own economy, his own people, in the process, he will sow chaos and destruction,” he told 3AW Drive.
