British etiquette expert William Hanson has shared with Ross and John his observations for what makes us look unprofessional at work.

The misuse of tie clips, too much cologne, and tattoos are high on his list.

He also reacted to program producer Scorcher’s choice of attire, much to the amusement of Ross and John.
