Brad Hill’s performance not hurt by speculation, Gibson says

Hawthorn defender Josh Gibson is confident speculation about Bradley Hill’s future won’t affect his on field performance.

‘You look at the way Hill played, I think it was great for him to get it off his chest and relax,’ Gibson said. 

‘He’s got an important role to play for us going forward.’

Hill has met with Fremantle coach Ross Lyon about a possible trade back to Western Australia.

However, Gibson says it’s business as usual until a decision has been made.
