Italy has been crowned our most popular travel destination

Italy has been crowned the best country in the world to visit by Australian travellers.

Leigh-Ann Pow from International Traveller magazine told Tom Elliott their research shows Italy is “hands down” the place we want to visit.

“We want to eat all the food and drink all the wine,” Ms Pow said.

She said destinations like Bali and Fiji are also still popular with Aussies.
