Aunty Jill Gallagher applauds pub group’s decision to ban Australia Day celebrations

The Australia Day debate has started up again, due to pubs across the country banning Australia Day celebrations in 2025.

CEO of the The Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation Aunty Jill Gallagher joined 3AW Drive to discuss her views on Australia Day and explains why she wants the date  changed.

“I thought they were very brave and very bold to stand with the first people’s of this country,” Gallagher said on 3AW Drive.
