Anthony Albanese stumbles off stage while speaking to Mining and Energy Union members

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has had an unfortunate mishap this afternoon while on the campaign trail where he accidentally stumbled off the back of a stage.

Nine Radio federal politics reporter Zac De Silva says Albanese had been speaking to members of the Mining and Energy Union when the incident occurred.

“Right after he finished speaking, they got a couple of union members on stage to take a photo with the PM, and he tried to duck behind them,” he told Jacqui Felgate.
