Another home building company goes into voluntary administration

Yet another home builder has gone into voluntary administration, but they have assured customers the company hasn’t gone into liquidation.

Langdon Building says as a result of tough economic conditions, they had made the “responsible” decision to go into administration and restructure.

“Work on properties will cease for six weeks while the administrators get the business back on track,” Tom Elliott said.

The home builder says they remain committed to finishing construction of properties once the administration period ends.
