An emotional Billy Brownless speaks on the Footy Show

Dwayne Russell has expressed his sadness and sympathy for the Brownless family after Billy Brownless opened up about the scandal involving Brownless, his ex-wife and Garry Lyon.

Dwayne and Billy are far from strangers. Having played AFL together they struck up a friendship which lead to Dwayne being Master of Ceremonies at Billy and Nicky’s wedding.

Dwayne was calling the Port Adelaide v Richmond game on Thursday evening, so didn’t see The Footy Show interview, rather 3AW broadcast edited excerpts.
