Alan Tudge quits front bench after report into abuse allegations handed down

Alan Tudge will not return to his cabinet position as Minister for Youth and Education despite an investigation finding that he did not breach ministerial standards in his relationship with a former staffer, Rachelle Miller.

The Thom report looked into accusations Mr Tudge had abused Ms Miller during their consensual relationship in 2017 after she went public with the claim last year.

Mr Tudge has always denied the allegations.
