Airport Rail Link mediator labels project ‘viable and necessary’

The Albanese government has received the mediator’s report on the Airport Rail Link in Melbourne, with mediator Neil Scales reporting the project is “viable and necessary”.

Heidi Murphy read out the media release issued by Federal Transport & Infrastructure Minister, Catherine King, which also reported it is possible to find a solution for the location of the station.

“Who knew?!” Heidi Murphy said as she reacted to the report.
