AFLW boss responds to grand final critics

AFLW boss Nicole Livingstone says the women’s league will keep improving, responding to criticism about a low-scoring grand final that saw just four goals kicked for the match.

“We brought in 120 new players to our league this season, and four new teams,” Nicole Livingstone told Neil Mitchell on Monday.

“There are 540 women playing this game professionally, which is quite incredible.”
