AFL strongly considering a huge change to the half-time break
The AFL is strongly considering slashing the half-time break.
Tom Morris said on Sportsday the league was looking at reducing the duration of the main break from 20 minutes to “10 or 12 minutes.”
“There’s widespread club support, but this would be a significant move,” Tom said.
He said clubs believed a shortened break would reduce injuries in the second half of games.
