A futurologist on the future of letters
Questions have been raised about the future of letters following news the federal cabinet could approve Australia Post’s plan to decrease letter deliveries to every second day.
Futurologist and professor, Rocky Scopelliti, says the numbers of letters delivered each week has fallen significantly.
“We … went from eight letters a week to just two … those two letters are in amongst junk mail, and bills and the odd redback spider,” he told Tom Elliott.
