A former QLD Police Superintendent’s idea to manage repeat youth offenders on bail
A former Queensland Police Superintendent has shared his idea regarding repeat youth offenders on bail.
Jim Keogh, says society is paying the price for allowing repeat offenders who continue to commit crimes while on bail.
“I think we’re at the impasse now where we’re spending too much time, and effort, and consideration on the accused, not the poor victim and society,” he told Tom Elliott.
