“A dream come true”: Jimmy Giggle named Moomba Monarch

Jimmy Giggle is the King of Moomba.

Jimmy and former Big Brother contestant Chrissie Swan were named the Moomba Monarchs on Monday.

He told Denis Walter it’s a dream come true.

“We just want to bring a bit of fun and laughter to a fun and hilarious festival,” he said.
