Penny from Berwick sent us this on The Big Backyard.
It is a lemon! Probably caused by aphids getting into the flower buds when they are
forming making them quite grotesque. There is a citrus called Buddhas Hand which looks similar
but if your tree is a lemon tree it is the aphids that have caused this and it may not happen again
